Tina began her career on the front lines of vacation lodging in Breckenridge, Colorado, where she quickly distinguished herself through a strong work ethic and a natural understanding of the guest experience. Early roles in front office operations and bookkeeping provided her with a comprehensive operational foundation—one that would later define her people-first leadership philosophy. She firmly believes that exceptional guest service begins with empowered employees, a principle that has guided her throughout her career.

Her professional journey later took her to Portland, Maine, where she helped create a vacation lodging division for the management company she worked for. During this time, Tina earned her real estate license, managed multiple condominium associations, and launched her own housekeeping company serving vacation rentals. These experiences further expanded her expertise across operations, property management, and service delivery.

After returning to Colorado, Tina worked for the largest REIT in the country, where she founded and led the eBusiness Division of the company's call center. Shortly thereafter, she launched her own company, eLeasing Solutions, Inc., which specializes in handling rollover reservation calls for short-term rental companies. Over the past 23 years, eLeasing Solutions has booked millions of dollars in revenue for its clients while consistently delivering exceptional guest service.

As an entrepreneur, Tina continued to identify opportunities to improve the vacation rental industry. Recognizing the need for an affordable listing platform without guest booking fees, she created PVS Lodging (Premier Vacation Solutions). This platform stands as her legacy to the industry—benefiting property managers, guests, and employees alike by prioritizing transparency, affordability, and service quality.

Throughout her career, Tina has been a passionate advocate for women in hospitality. At a time when female leadership in lodging was far less common, she navigated challenges with confidence and integrity while opening doors for others. She has mentored and employed countless professionals—particularly women—helping them grow into leadership roles through hands-on guidance and real-world experience. Her "family-first" philosophy has remained a constant, fostering a supportive and flexible work environment that respects work-life balance and creates a sense of belonging for employees and their families.

Having lived in Colorado on and off for 35 years, Tina met her husband in 2002. His son and partner, Christina, reside in Fort Collins, Colorado, and his daughter, Jenna Lee Kedrie, lives in Summerville, South Carolina, where she has joined the family business as CFO and partner in the LLC.

Tina and her husband recently relocated to Little River, South Carolina, where they now enjoy beach life after many years in the mountains. Together, they look forward to traveling and embracing the next chapter of life with the same passion and curiosity that have defined Tina's remarkable career.

Jenna Lee Kedrie is the Co-Owner and Chief Financial Officer of PVS Lodging, LLC (Premier Vacation Solutions), a women- and family-owned company in the lodging industry. She co-founded PVS alongside her stepmother, Tina, whose shared love of travel — and belief in the power of a great place to stay — inspired them to build a business rooted in care, quality, and memorable experiences. Tina serves as CEO and 50% owner, with Jenna holding a 49% ownership stake and leading financial strategy, operations, and long-term growth planning.

The idea for PVS Lodging was born from years of traveling together as a family — from mountain getaways to beach vacations — and truly experiencing how much a lodging stay can make or break a trip. Those shared experiences shaped their vision for PVS: creating lodging solutions that feel welcoming, reliable, and thoughtfully designed for families and travelers who want more than just a place to sleep.

Jenna brings over a decade of experience in operations, finance, and organizational leadership. Earlier in her career, she worked closely with Tina in the lodging and property services industry at eLeasing Solutions, where she supported executive leadership, streamlined operations, and gained hands-on experience in scaling service-based businesses. That foundation, combined with her strong financial and operational background, plays a key role in ensuring PVS Lodging is built on both heart and sound business practices.

In addition to her work at PVS Lodging, Jenna continues to serve as Vice President of Business Operations at a national nonprofit organization focused on supporting youth and young adults in recovery. That work is deeply important to her, as it strengthens communities across the country and reflects her commitment to purpose-driven leadership alongside entrepreneurship.

Outside of work, Jenna enjoys paddleboarding, spending time at the beach, and hanging out with her two dogs, Vicious and Nyla. She loves being with family, sharing good food, watching sports together, and planning the next adventure. Those moments — and the memories made around them — are at the heart of why she believes thoughtful lodging experiences matter so much.
